Hawaiian floors Part II

My back is killing me today. Yesterday I ran 5 miles during lunch (it was Hot!), then came home to move the last few pieces of furniture. Dang! I forgot how much my wrought iron bed weighed. It's hella heavy! Then I went to town ripping up the last of the carpet, and the padding, and the gazillion staples, and then the tack strips. Then loaded it all in my car (forgot to take a pic). The Forester was full. The last few pieces went out on the curb and fortunately the trash guys took that no problem.

Euchre followed me around from room to room. The boys are a bit confused. They've never seen the rooms all packed up before.

All clear!

Where did it all go? Well, the bathrooms are full.

I can still kinda get to mine.

My temporary bedroom.

Poker's been hanging out in his cage a lot. Though I think computer fan whirring by his cage either makes him nervous or helps him sleep. Like anything could keep them from sleeping.

Euchre is happy to follow me around and likes the extra blankets everywhere to lay on.

Then I realize at 10pm that I have yet to do any laundry and that I'm out of workout clothes and underwear. So unfortunately I stay up a little later to wash and hang laundry before my 6am class this morning. Fortunately I'll have plenty of clothes and underwear since I can't really get to my other drawers...

Yeah, BodyPump really hurt today. My lower back, legs, and shoulders are killing me. So I took it easy on my weights. But lunging/squatting my own body weight is plenty already! Good thing another instructor is subbing my class tonight. I could use a break.

Tonight's project: vacuum the baseboards. It really makes a difference! And wash the walls to see what's dirty and what's a scratch/dent.
