Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party

Friday
I arrived in Orlando on the 6:05am! flight from Baltimore. First stop: Breakfast. Einstein Bros Spinach and Bacon Panini, coffee (mine is the big one), and some free bagels. Oh, and side of text...

Then we went to visit some friends. First we went to Billy's house to show off our costumes. Billy showed off his house, dog Snickers, and big backyard.

Then we went to Pom's Tea House where I finally got to meet Pom! We hung out for a little bit, modeled our costumes again, then Ced & I went to Pom's house to play with little Moo Shu, the pug.

Cedric tries to engage Moo Shu in a game of chase. Moo Shu must have ADD.

A piece of grass works better.

Then we go shopping at Target (to get t-shirts for the 13k run), and the Outlets (so I can find lots of stuff like handbags, sunglasses, and a watch. Get me outta the mall!

We head to the hotel to check in and get ready for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP). Here's a look that didn't make it...

We put our costumes on in the parking lot and take the monorail to the Magic Kingdom. Our halloween costumes! Yee Haw! Round up the sweaty armpits!

Here are some other costumes we saw.
Little kids.

Awwww...It's Boo!

Group costumes.

Where's Prince Eric?

There he is!

Adult costumes
This one was great! Her husband was the red timing card!

Princesses who "let themselves go"

Age-appropriate!

This was the bat-signal for "Candy here"! We'd see the lighted balloon and follow the trail to candy!

We checked out Stitch's Cosmic Dance Party.

Other characters we saw.

Genie and Abu really liked our costumes.

Then we had to ride the Space Blaster. Cedric kicked my horse. His score was exactly 100x mine.

We watched the Electric Parade.

We also rode Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain, the Haunted Mansion, and the Monsters Inc Laugh Factory (I was on the monitor!).

Then we were tired. The park closed at midnight so we left, topped off our bags at the Kissables trough, and went to bed.
